My consistent Strat upgrade. I've installed the Strat Custom Blender four times now. I prefer the tonal control given by a master tone control together with the blending of the neck and bridge pickups over the standard Fender 2-tone knobs configuration. There is also a unique, consistent "clarity" of tone the these devices provide that I really appreciate. The solderless connector is an easy, cleaner install for those of us with big hands and bargain store soldering pencils. But, follow the instructions and trim your wires very well, or the connector will not securely grab them. Finally, ObsidianWire technical support has been great.
